Document structure. This Schedule B is a product-specific supplement. It governs your use of the Photo-Animation Service and is incorporated by reference into the Solved Master Terms of Service ("Master ToS"). In the event of a conflict, this Schedule B controls for the Photo-Animation Service.

B-1. Definitions

B-2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

2.1 Minimum Age — 18+. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By confirming the age verification prompt at /start, you represent and warrant that you are ≥18 years of age.

2.2 Age Verification. Before uploading any photograph, you must affirmatively confirm: - "I confirm I am at least 18 years old." - "This photograph depicts either myself or a person who has given me explicit permission to process their image."

The Service will not process any image without this confirmation. If you provide false age information, your account will be suspended and you accept sole liability for any resulting harm.

2.3 Minors. The Service is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly process photographs of minors. If we become aware that a minor's image has been processed, we will delete all associated data immediately and suspend the relevant account.

B-3. Biometric Data — Special Category Processing

3.1 Nature of Data. The Service processes facial images. Depending on applicable law (including GDPR Art. 9, CCPA/CPRA, Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI, and similar biometric privacy statutes), this may constitute special category / biometric data processing.

3.2 Lawful Basis. Processing is based on your explicit consent provided at /start and confirmed before each image upload. You may withdraw consent at any time by: - Stopping use of the Service; and/or - Requesting erasure of your data via /delete_data or by contacting [privacy@solved.group]

3.3 Purpose Limitation. Your Input Photo and derived Biometric Data are used solely for generating your Output Video. We do not use facial data for identification, surveillance, training AI models on your likeness, or any secondary purpose.

3.4 No Biometric Templates. We do not create or store a persistent biometric template (e.g., facial geometry or faceprint) beyond what is transiently processed by the AI Provider during video generation.

B-4. Data Retention

4.1 Deletion Guarantee. Input Photos are processed in an isolated pipeline and deleted from all storage layers (including AI Provider intermediate storage) within 5 minutes of Output Video delivery.

4.2 Backup exclusion. We use commercially reasonable efforts to exclude Input Photos from backup systems; due to backup scheduling, residual copies may persist for up to 24 hours in automated backup snapshots before permanent overwrite.

B-5. AI-Generated Video Ownership & License

5.1 Your License to Output Videos. Upon delivery of an Output Video, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your Output Video for personal, non-commercial, and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions in §B-6.

5.2 Underlying Rights. You represent that you own or have sufficient rights to the Input Photo and the likeness depicted therein to permit the processing described in this Schedule B.

5.3 Operator Rights. We retain no ownership claim over Output Videos. We do not use Output Videos for advertising, model training, or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5.4 AI Provider Terms. Output Videos are generated by third-party AI Providers (currently Kling AI). Your use of Output Videos is also subject to the AI Provider's output license terms, which are incorporated by reference. We will maintain a current list of AI Providers and links to their terms at [photoanimate.solved.group/subprocessors].

5.5 No Warranty on Output Quality. AI-generated video output is provided "as-is." We do not warrant that Output Videos will meet any specific quality standard, accurately represent the depicted person, or be free from artifacts.

B-6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service or any Output Video to:

1. Create non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — "deepfakes" or similar content depicting real persons in sexual or intimate contexts without their explicit, documented consent.
2. Impersonate or falsely represent any real person, living or deceased, in a misleading context.
3. Harass, defame, stalk, or harm any identifiable individual.
4. Deceive audiences into believing AI-generated video is genuine footage (e.g., in news, legal, or evidentiary contexts) without clear disclosure.
5. Process images of minors in any manner.
6. Circumvent the age verification or consent mechanisms.
7. Train AI models on Output Videos without prior written permission.
8. Process images of third parties without their explicit written consent.

Violation of §B-6 results in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

B-7. Consent Record

At /start and before each image upload, the Service records: - Telegram user ID - Timestamp of consent - Version of Terms accepted - Explicit confirmation: age ≥18 and photo permissions

Consent records are stored for the duration of your account plus 3 years as required by GDPR Art. 9(2)(a) and applicable biometric privacy laws.

B-8. Third-Party Subprocessors

The following subprocessors may receive or process your data in connection with the Service:

For each subprocessor handling personal data under GDPR, we either (a) have executed a Data Processing Agreement, or (b) rely on the subprocessor's published terms of service and any standard contractual clauses incorporated therein, pending execution of a formal DPA. B-9. GDPR User Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or other jurisdiction with comparable data protection law, you have the following rights regarding your personal and biometric data:

B-10. Disclaimer of Liability for Generated Content

The Service uses generative AI technology. Output Videos are automatically generated and may occasionally produce: - Distorted or inaccurate depictions of real persons - Unintended or offensive visual artifacts - Output that differs significantly from the Input Photo

We disclaim all liability for the content of Output Videos to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for reviewing Output Videos before sharing them publicly.

B-11. Changes to This Schedule

We will notify you of material changes via the Telegram bot and will post the updated Schedule B at [photoanimate.solved.group/tos] at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

This Schedule B is published as v1.2 (2026-05-24) under the informal-team operating model. Solved is in the process of incorporating a legal entity; once registered, the entity will be substituted into the "Operated by" and "Data Controller" fields and users will be notified per §B-11. The document has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer.
